Because every portrait at The Fur Print is custom-made just for you and your pet, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each piece is designed with care, based on the photos and details you provide. That said, your happiness matters to us.

This is why we offer a Proof & Approval Guarantee: you’ll always receive a preview of your portrait before printing, and we’ll make reasonable revisions until you’re happy with the final design. We only move forward once you approve the final artwork. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
